The past few days of #ayogisyoga Yoga Challenge!  Sometimes it’s hard to do one each day so I just kind of did them all :P 

1. Cow pose (my abs are so sore… I can normally do much better :P)
2. Cat pose
3. Seated Forward Bend (which by the way, ANYTHING that forces my hamstrings to leave their comfort zone is always such a huge challenge for me. 
4. Head to Knees 
5. A happy, relaxed chrissy :)
